Vanilla yogurt pops with kiwi and pineapple

Inspired by this weeks grocery haul, here is a recipe that will add some joy into your day. Feel free to swap the suggested fruit out with other favorites. Enjoy!

What you need: 1 large tub siggi’s 0% vanilla yogurt + 3 kiwis skinned and sliced + 1 cup pineapple + 1/4 cup raw honey (optional) + popsicle mold

Preparation: Combine the fruit, yogurt, and honey (if using) in a bowl and transfer it to the popsicle mold. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight until solid. Remove from freezer ~10 minutes before eating to allow for easier removal and enjoy a tasty, cold treat!

*These popsicles store for several weeks in the freezer!
