Pineapple Mango Bone Broth Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup unseasoned bone broth (optional: freeze into cubes for thicker consistency)

  • 1 cup Kalona kefir

  • Splash of pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients until desired texture is reached. For a thinner consistency, add a little bit of water. For a thicker consistency, freeze the bone broth
