Instant Pot Mocha Oats



Ingredients: 1/2 c steel cut oats + 1.5 cups water + 2-3 scoops collagen + 1 tsp ground vanilla bean or vanilla bean powder + 1 tsp matcha powder + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp maca powder (optional) + 1 serving L-glutamine (optional) + 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional). For extra protein, add 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt


Instructions: Cook in an instant pot for 13 minutes on high pressure and let the air naturally release (about 10-15 minutes). Top with unsweetened coconut or coconut butter and berries/fruit of choice
