These healthy protein pancakes have been a favorite of mine for years. They're super easy to make, and only require a few ingredients.
Here's What You'll Need:
- 1 whole banana
- 3/4 cup egg white
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- any toppings (berries, cinnamon, etc.)
- coconut oil for pan
- a small pinch of salt
How to Make Them:
In bowl, combine mashed banana, egg whites, 1 egg, maple syrup, and a small pinch of sea salt for added flavor. Mix with a fork, and pour like batter into pan with a small amount of melted coconut oil.
If you want to add extra carbs, you can add some oats and blend the pancake mix in a blender.
