Chipotle Lime Shrimp with Noodles

You will need: Banza pasta or whole wheat pasta, 3 ½ tbsp butter, 2 tsp minced garlic, 8 oz shrimp, 2 tsp chipotle pepper, cilantro, and sauce 1 lime


  1. Boil a pot of water. Add noodles and listen to package instructions.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add butter; when melted, add garlic and cook 30 seconds, then add shrimp and chipotle sauce (discarding the pepper). Cook 4 to 6 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

  3. Drain noodles and add to skillet with shrimp. Add in cilantro

  4. Stir in 2 tbsp lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
