Breakfast Combos - Eggs, Kiwi & Potatoes

When it comes to nutrition, I love to keep things simple. Life is usually busy, and if sometimes, if there are too many steps to a process, we might not be able to get any of it done because the task seems too daunting.


This is exactly why I love meal combos.


The egg + kiwi + potato + coffee with raw milk + collagen combo is one of my favorites, so I wanted to share it with you. Here's how you can make it!


You will need:

Two pasture-raised eggs

1/2 cup potatoes

1 - 3 kiwis

Coffee + milk of choice + collagen


Fix it all in the way you prefer, and enjoy! It's really that simple. Easy, healthy, and delicious. What's not to love?
