  1. What are you top tips for staying healthy during traveling?

  2. Hi Kourtney, what could be the reasons for sudden severe hair loss? I recently recovered from gallstones causing pancreatitis and liver inflammation. I also recovered from severe Covid in December. Could either of those be the cause? Are there any minerals I should focus on?

  3. For PCOS, is Wholesome Story a good brand for Inositol (their Myo D-Chiro Inositol)? Or is Jarrow Inositol better? What is the difference in the brands? Also, which brand would you recommend for NAC?

  4. I have seen you recommend getting some movement in after eating to help control blood sugar, particularly for PCOS and/or insulin resistance. How long after eating do you recommend moving? And for what duration? For example, is it best to move directly after eating or later? And is a few minutes sufficient or should it be a longer period of moving/workout?

  5. How can you reverse hirsutism? Any tips for decreasing body acne?

  6. What’s the best way to keep Omega 3 up when low?

  7. I’ve been using the Kossma chamomile herb cleanser that’s mostly made of chamomile, comfrey root and aloe. I just noticed after I wash my face there’s underlying redness all over. It doesn’t sting or feel dry or bother me but it is there. I’m also pregnant so I wonder if that’s contributing. Any recommendations?

  8. I know it's important to eat protein with carbs, and I have seen that you recommend eating collagen. Since collagen isn't a complete protein, is it still fine to eat with carbs if there are no other types of protein"added? For example, adding collagen to orange juice without eating any other complete protein. Does your body still react the same way (helping to stabilize blood sugar, etc.) since it's not a complete protein?

  9. I know iron overload can occur with the use of the pill and just the overuse of fortified iron in foods…what are steps to get rid of this overload?

  10. If I am trying to get pregannt, how long should I prep before conceiving?
