  1. What are your thoughts on bacon? I remember you saying that you don’t favour pork as a protein (I believe due to pigs being scavengers?). I love having a couple of slices of bacon with breakfast around 3 times a week with sourdough toast, eggs and mushrooms, and find it sustains me really well throughout the day. Just hoping it is an ok option as bacon isn’t often promoted as a health food!

  2. you mentioned EBV being tied to hashimotos -- is there anything to know specifically in regards to EBV with hashimotos?

  3. I just started going back to school to get my masters and it involves a lot of writing papers. I focus well in the early mornings for an hour or so, take a break and can do a little more. However, once it reaches 2 or 3pm and for the rest of the day it’s just not possible for me to focus at all. I used to be able to study/do school work all day when I was in college so I feel like this isn’t normal. Any tips to keep focus throughout the day? Could this lack of focus be a part of my health?

  5. Hey there, my last cycle was short, 21 days, they normally range from 25-28, my progesterone is great I got that checked, what else could be going on? What are some of the things that would cause it to happen? I feel like I’ll just finish bleeding and then I’m ovulating a day later.

  6. What maco proportions are best for breastfeeding? I crave fats all the time (milk/butter/cheese) but can you go overboard with fats while breastfeeding? I know the answer probably depends on the person, but I was wondering what your thoughts were!

  10. I have hypothyroidism and am also dealing with irregular periods, but I don;t have any other markers for PCOS. Do you have any insight into this?

  11. Hey Kourtney, I’ve been following you fro two years and am so excited to see your groups announcement. I have PCOS, but I am also struggling with my gut. I see that you have a group for PCOS and gut help - is there any benefit to joining one over the other? And what all will we cover? Thank you!
