What are EMF's + How You Can Minimize Risk

Recently, I've been getting a of questions about EMFs: what are they, are they dangerous, what can we do to protect ourselves, and so on.

EMF are electro-magnetic fields, and in the article, I am referring to the ones that are man made. They can be found in wifi, cellphones, computers, and so on. EMFs have always existed, as they come from the sun and the ground. Now-days, we are exposed to both natural and man-made EMFs.

While you might hear that EMFs are completely safe, there actually is mounting evidence showing that they are not as safe as previously thought. Our nervous system, brain and heart all run on electricity, which is why humans can be resuscitated via an electrical defibrillator.

Mild EMF exposure is safe, but these days, we have an incredible amount of exposure - especially with the recent addition of 5G technology, which has not yet been proven to be safe. There have been countless records of individuals experiencing illness when exposed to EMF's, as can be seen using this link here.

To support your body in light of EMF exposure I suggest a few different things, as seen below.

Turn WiFi off at night, especially if located near your room or a child's room.
Avoid microwaves and opt for food cooked on a stove top when possible.
Keep cell phones away from your head (use speakerphone if possible).
Keep appliances/devices in airplane mode as much as possible.
Use EMF protection devices, like Defender Shield Products. (use code KALEMEKOURT10 to save)
Use an EMF mitigating device, such as Somavedic. (use code KALEMEKOURT to save 10%)

As mentioned above, it's best to start with what you can control in your environment. If you are able to live in a more remote area, your exposure will significantly go down. I do suggest investing in EMF protection gear, such as Defender Shield or Somavedic if you are able to. I personally have products from both, and they've been great additions.

If you're looking for a good starting place with Defender Shield, I suggest the best sellers kit, as seen below.

If you are interested in investing into an EMF mitigator, I highly recommend the medic green by Somavedic. I use this in my bedroom, and since using, I have noticed a significant improvement in sleep. Although it's pricy, it's a worthy-while investment if you are able to make the purchase. Remember to use code KALEMEKOURT to save 10%!
