Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese, I like Good Culture
1/4 cup of organic (if possible) strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
2 tablespoons dried coconut shreds
small drizzle of honey or maple syrup, optional
Instructions:
Put cottage cheese in a small bowl and top with berries.
Add dried coconut and honey or maple syrup if using.
