Tart Cherry Banana Protein Shake

I love fixing this for breakfast or any time I'm on the go and need something quick!


You will need: 1 cup of organic milk, 1 scoop of high quality vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1/4 cup of organic pure tart cherry juice, 1 banana, 1 Tbs organic peanut butter (optional) and a handful of ice. - blend together!


Make sure you use a high quality protein powder! My favorites are garden of life or sun warrior protein. Feel free to replace the milk with water if you're dairy sensitive. If you add peanut butter, make sure that it has no added oils and is pure organic peanut butter. Add some pitted dark sweet cherries on top for an extra touch- I love the frozen ones from trader joe's!
