Quick and Easy Protein Smoothie (Breakfast or Snack)
1 scoop high quality protein powder, ½ cup ice, 1 cup mixed frozen berries, 1 banana, peeled 1 cup organic milk or milk alternative, 1 cup spinach, ¼ cup organic whole oats
If you use a milk alternative, make sure that there are NO added oils such as sunflower oil, canola oil, etc. Try coconut milk or cashew milk as an alternative.
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend together
