Protein oatmeal with mixed berries
You will need: 2 eggs, 1 cup organic oats, 1 ⅓ cups organic milk, 1 tsp vanilla, ⅔ cup mixed berries, 1/2 banana
1. Crack eggs into a saucepan; whisk until even in color. Add oats, milk, vanilla and 1 cup water; mix to combine.
2. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 minutes, or until creamy.
3. Divide into bowls and top with mixed berries and half banana.
