Progesterone Boosting Smoothie
Progesterone is the hormone that prepares the uterus to receive a fertilized egg. It's a calming, relaxing, immune-supporting hormone that is needed for overall health and vitality.
You might already know this, but vitamin whole food C is essential in the creation of progesterone. This "progesterone boosting" smoothie will support your progesterone production by giving you tons of whole food vitamin C.
frozen acerola cherry puree (4 oz.)
1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries
1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup organic raw milk or coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
30 grams of collagen protein
1/2 cup organic yogurt (optional, add if you want more protein)
In a blender, add frozen cherry, 1/2 frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup milk, maple syrup, and collagen
Add ice until desired consistency, and blend until smooth
Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Maple syrup - any organic, grade A maple syrup
