Pre-Meal ACV and Lemon Elixir

If you struggle with post-meal reflux, or suspect that you need more digestive support (this could be due to bloating, undigested food in the stool, gas, belching) - support for digestion prior to having a meal could be just what you need. Many of my clients benefit from the addition of ACV (apple cider vinegar) into their daily routine, and trust me when I say - a small amount goes a long way! Although AVC can be trendy - and falsely touted as a "miracle cure", it can be generally helpful for many, and worth trying in most cases of digestive struggle.


- 1 tsp. ACV (Braggs is a great brand)

- 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

- optional, 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger juice

- 4 oz. filtered water


- combine together, stir, and drink 15 minutes prior to a meal

*discontinue is irritation or upset occurs*
