Peach + Prosciutto Bedtime Snack


4 organic slices of prosciutto (or regular ham)

1 oz. manchego

1 cup organic peaches


  • Cut peaches into small cubes

  • Cut manchego into small cubes

  • Place cheese and pineapple in the middle of the prosciutto, wrap prosciutto up in small rolls

  • Enjoy!

If you do not want to eat prosciutto, you can:

replace this with chicken lunch meat and have the cheese and peach on the side.
