Spaghetti is one of my favorites, and I am so excited to share my "healthy spaghetti" recipe with you.
This spaghetti is so easy to fix. By making just a few healthier swaps, you'll soon have a new go-to favorite!
Here's What You'll Need:
1 lb. grass-fed beef
Avocado oil (Chosen Foods brand) or beef tallow
1 package of Jovial Foods cassava noodles
One container Muir Glen organic tomato marinara sauce (or similar)
Organic garlic cloves (add as many as you want - measure with your heart!)
Raw parmesan cheese (3 oz.)
How to Make it:
In a pan on medium heat, sauté garlic in avocado oil
Once the garlic has cooked for about 3 minutes, add in your ground beef and cook until done
In a separate pot, cook cassava noodles according to package instructions
In another separate pot, heat marinara sauce until it is slightly boiling
To serve, add noodles, beef, and marinara sauce together in a bowl, and top with parmesan cheese (optional)
Bonus tip: add chopped organic basil, fresh ground red pepper, or organic oregano flakes for a twist!
