My Health Story

Before I became a nutritionist, I actually struggled with my health…FOR YEARS. I suffered from PCOS and Hashimoto’s. I tried the one-size-fits-all approaches to health, the supplements, and the quick fixes only to be left right where I started. During that time, I had plenty of days where I felt like these were just illnesses I had to live with for the rest of my life. But there was something inside me that just couldn’t let it go. Something that kept telling me…

“It doesn’t have to be like this.”

So I kept going. And through my experiences, trial and error, and hours upon hours of research, I was able to heal my body through intentional nourishment and targeted supplementation.

When I look back and think about what could have happened if I didn’t take that next step, I think about…

The hours and hours I’d continue to waste on WebMd only to be left with more unanswered questions.

The money I’d continue to spend on quick fixes and self-care rituals or supplements in hopes of finding the solution.

The feeling of misalignment and unfulfillment in my life knowing that I wasn’t healthy and I didn’t have purpose in my career, relationships or mindset.

I cannot tell you the number of women I’ve seen who’ve had their lives change immensely due to healing their bodies through nutrition.

These are some examples of what has happened to my clients who decided to take that first step: ⟶ They found transformative healing in their bodies and now have abundant knowledge that has empowered them to become their own health advocate. They’ve been able to heal relationships with food, others and themselves. They made fulfilling life changes - like starting a family, changing career paths, or taking the plunge to start their own business. They approach each day with confidence, strength, and empowerment knowing that they can take on whatever comes their way. I wholeheartedly believe that wellness is for everyone. Whether you’re an accountant, a stay-at-home-mom, or a businesswoman, this is for you, and you deserve to heal. I stood where you stand today until I realized there was a better way, a different way to heal. I promise that you’re not going to want to miss out on this. I believe in you.

“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.” — Brene Brown

I invite you to confidently take that first step and kickstart your journey to healing. I’ll be right by your side with a whole community of women championing you along the way.
