Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients: 1 piece of salmon (4-6 oz), Himalayan salt & black pepper to preference, Glaze - 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp raw honey, 2 tbsp coconut aminos, ½ tsp coconut, ½ tsp red pepper or flakes.

Instructions: Start by heating avocado oil or grass-fed butter over stove in a skillet on medium high. Season your salmon with Himalayan salt and pepper and add it to the skillet. Cook on one side for 4-6 minutes. While your salmon is cooking, combine the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl. Now, flip your salmon, add minced garlic and once fragrant, add the glaze. Let the glaze reduce and thicken (about 3-4 minutes). Baste the salmon with the glaze and spoon some onto the finished plate.

Enjoy with rice, quinoa, cassava orzo (by Jovial Foods), veggies, or whatever you are in the mood for. This is a great fish recipe to use if you are meal prepping, as this will save better than plain fish in the fridge.
