Gut-Friendly Grass-fed Burger with Air-Fried Potato Wedges

Ingredients: Burger - 4 oz grass-fed beef, 1 tsp coconut aminos, salt & pepper to preference, 1 oz goat cheese, and Dave's killer hamburger buns; Fries - 1 small red skinned potato, 1 tsp avocado oil, salt/pepper/chili powder/smoked paprika to preference

Instructions: Begin by washing and cutting your potato. Try to cut into small, even wedges. Next, coat in oil and seasonings. Air fry for 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees. Make sure to flip halfway through. While the fries are cooking, season your beef and cook using method of choice (stove top, oven, or grill). After flipping your burger, add your goat cheese and allow it to melt. Assemble your burger by placing the burger on the bread and top it with Primal Kitchen spicy turmeric mustard, fermented sauerkraut (Bubbies is a great brand), spinach, onion, and alfalfa sprouts.
