  1. When is the best time to take supplements, and is there anything to help with the absorption? ( note: Sorry! - I skipped this question by accident last time)

  2. Are there any recommendations that you would make for women who are perimenopausal and menopausal age that is different due to the fluctuations in hormones during this time? Also, do you believe in Bioidentical hormone replacement? And if so, which ones?

  3. In one of your posts you mentioned to eat whole carrots as opposed to baby carrots. What is the nutritional difference between the two?

  4. What are your thoughts on supplements like Maca or Femmessence for hormone regulation, especially during pre and perimenopause?

  5. You mentioned you have MTHFR, me too. What other ways do you support yourself knowing you have it?

  7. How do I know if my body is okay with a certain food or not? I feel like I have so many symptoms Randomly that I can’t tell. Sometimes after a meal I’m immediately really bloated but the next time I eat that food I’m totally fine. I’ve heard about taking temperatures and checking pulses, can you explain when I would do that and what readings would suggest certain things?

  8. About 2 years ago I started having full-blown allergy symptoms late in the afternoon all year round. I also wake up most days with a sinus migraine. I have had seasonal allergies and sinus issues all of my life but it has gone t a new level now. I would love to learn more about histamines in relation to food. What are some things I can do to mitigate my allergy response?

  9. Hi Kourtney, I just gave blood and am having a hard time recuperating. I believe I am eating to low carb and my minerals and electrolytes are now struggling. I almost was not able to give because my blood pressure was so low. I also wanted to ask about how to understand results from the full monty blood panel and the hair mineral test? I can not seem to figure out what I need to do from here. Thank you so very much for all the content you have share with us. I am loving everything.

  10. Please speak about yeast infections. The past few months (since eating more pro metabolic and adding in fruit, honey, and maple syrup) I’ve suffered with this the week before my period starts. Thoughts? Recommendations?
