Easy Breakfasts: Sprouted Sourdough, Avocado, Hardboiled Eggs + an Orange

When it comes to breakfast, it's best to keep things simple. Eating breakfast is extremely important, especially as women, so starting the day on the right foot will be a great choice that your body, mind and mood will thank you for.


If you're following along with the Whole Foods grocery haul, then you will already have everything that you need to make this breakfast.


What You'll Need:

- Sprouted sourdough

- 1 medium whole avocado

- 2 hardboiled eggs

- Salt and pepper

- Heirloom orange


How to Make it:

  1. While sourdough toasts, place 2 eggs into a small pot of water and boil (you can even add extra eggs to have on hand for a snack - this is a great time saving hack and it only adds about an extra minute of boil time to your eggs

  2. Chop avocado, place on toast

  3. Crack and peel eggs, slice and place on top of avocado toast

  4. Season with salt and pepper

  5. Enjoy with an heirloom orange on the side
