Chai Chia Seed Pudding

Chai-spiced Chia Seed Pudding

  • Serves 4

  • Ingredients: 2 cups organic pastures whole raw milk (or coconut milk) + 2 soaked dates (soak in hot water to soften) + 1 tbsp pure maple syrup + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/2 tsp ground ginger + 1/4 tsp ground cloves + 1/4 tsp nutmeg + 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste/extract (sugar/additive free!) + 1 heaping scoop Garden Of Life Vanilla protein (or 2-4 scoops collagen) + 5 tbsp chia seeds. *Alternatively, if you have chai tea, simply use 2-4 tea bags and let them steep in hot milk.

  • Instructions: Combine all ingredients except for the chia seeds in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add in your chia seeds and refrigerate for a few hours or over night. Top with fresh berries and enjoy!
