Carrot Ginger Smoothie
This quick and easy smoothie recipe is delicious and immune boosting. I love it - It's great for a quick breakfast or a snack.
You will need: 2 Tbs lemon juice, ½ cup carrot juice, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1 banana, 1 cup organic grass fed milk, 2 tsp minced ginger, ¼ tsp ground turmeric, 20 g of collagen, handful ice.
Instructions: Blend Together in Blender - Add some water if you want it less thick!
