3 Supplements For Mental Clarity and Focus

While not everyone struggles with mental clarity and focus, many of us do, and it's important to know that there are other options out there besides medication, more coffee, or just deciding to settle for a foggy mind.

While these supplements might not fully address the root cause of a lack of focus, they can help your brain health be supported, so that you can have more mental energy to accomplish all that you desire. My 3 solutions include: bacopa, lions mane mushroom, and sage. Below, I will describe each one more, and also cite research that backs their efficacy.

Lions Mane Mushroom - lions mane is a mushroom that supports neurological function, and helps your brain stay focused in the moment. It works in a short term way, and in a long-term way. Sage - wonderful for calming the mind while also bringing focus and clarity, sage is a great option for those experiencing exhaustion. Enjoy in tincture form, or grab loose leaf sage and add to an herbal infusion. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5318325/

While you could try all 3 together, I suggest starting with one and seeing. how you feel. Try to only take these before 3 pm, as using them too late can cause difficulty sleeping.
