Very Berry Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, I like Good Culture

  • 1/4 cup of organic (if possible) strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries

  • 2 tablespoons dried coconut shreds

  • small drizzle of honey or maple syrup, optional

Instructions:

  • Put cottage cheese in a small bowl and top with berries.

  • Add dried coconut and honey or maple syrup if using.

  • Enjoy!
